The yard offers direct access onto the Clwydian Mountain Range where there are many varied hacking routes.
For example:

Directions
This beautiful hack takes you straight from the yard to two fields where you and your horse can let your hair down. It then leads to country lanes and to the Roman Road on the hill. It is approximately 4 miles and would take around 100 minutes at a trot / walking pace.
